Stainless Steel
The core of our OEM program for fashion jewelry — durable, wearable for everyday use and suitable for PVD plating, laser marking and engraving. Fits necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets at scalable volumes.
Brass
A practical choice for detailed shapes, fine surface finishing and gold-tone collections, widely used in fashion jewelry programs that need refined detail at competitive cost.
925 Silver
For higher-end and fine jewelry lines, supporting custom molds, precision detail and finishes suited to premium collections and branded retail programs.
Copper
Used for selected designs and components, keeping design flexibility high and prototyping fast when a collection mixes several materials.
All four materials can be combined with our customization services: molding and sample making, custom engraving and logo marking, private molds, PVD plating, color and size customization, graphics customization, labeling and packaging customization.
Quality Controls Confirmed On Site
Quality claims are easy to write and hard to check. These are the quality-related findings that SGS recorded during the assessments:
- Every production line is covered by quality control, with 5 QA/QC inspectors dedicated to inspection.
- Finished products are inspected 100%, and additionally according to client requirements.
- Written instructions exist for on-site material inspection and testing, and the records are maintained.
- A precision salt spray tester is in daily use for plating and finish verification.
- A supplier assessment and management procedure is in place for incoming materials.
- Finished and packaged products can be traced by lot identification back to the raw material.
- A closed-loop corrective action system is in place for customer complaints and feedback, with standard feedback forms and written records.
